Cancellation policy
Cancelling reservations without a cancellation fee is possible if made two (2) weeks before the reservation, excluding Valvesali Hall and Valve Gallery.
Reservations for Valve Gallery must be cancelled at least three (3) months in advance. Otherwise full rental fee will be charged.
Reservations for more than two days for Valvesali Hall must be cancelled at least three (3) months in advance and other reservations at least one (1) month in advance. Otherwise full rental fee will be charged.
Please note that when making a reservation, remember to consider the time needed for arranging and cleaning the space.
