The community dance project Ballroom Bliss, created by the Berlin-based artist duo deufert&plischke, has visited more than twenty cities around the world over the past ten years. This December, it arrives in Oulu and at the Cultural Centre Valve.

Participation in Ballroom Bliss Oulu is free of charge. The programme includes four workshops (14–17 December 2026), for which registration is now open, as well as a final public event on Saturday, 19 December.
