Reservation applications are submitted through the Timmi360 reservation system. For more information about the system and its use at Valve, you can visit our Timmi-page. Applicant should make the reservations as a recurring reservation on the booking calendar. In addition to specifying your preferred time, please mention an alternative time in the additional information field of the application. Please note that if a granted reservation is canceled during the season, it is the applicant’s responsibility to remove the reservation from the system.
It is also possible to apply the reservations with a handwritten free form application. The application should include contact and invoicing information with the primary preferred reservation time and a secondary preferred reservation time. The Oulu City Board has accepted the project plan for Cultural Centre Valve’s major renovation in their 9th of March 2026 board meeting. The major renovation will be executed between 2027–2029, starting after the European Capital of Culture year 2026. Valve’s facilities will be gradually closed off during the spring of 2027, depending on the time it takes to unload the space for the renovation. The dance studios, meeting room and crafts workshop are operational until the end of April 2027.
